My stay at the Novotel hotel has been great. I've recieved excellent service from Nour and his team at the restaurant - great breakfast. Soud at the main reception desk has been fantastic! Very friendly and kind. I've had great experience overall at the Novotel hotel.

I liked the hospitality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is good with variety of choices. The location is very good and close to the city center. I came back later and had the same pleasant experience. When I asked to change the room, Saud was very friendly and helpful and always cared to ask if I needed any help. Noor and the other restaurant staff were nice and trying their best to offer the best service.

I enjoyed my iftaar for the second time. First time was as a walking and Mario & Noor were so nice, amazing that made come back again today. Noor was very hospital with his way of welcoming and the food was decent the desert was perfect. I really enjoyed the good time and finished it with coffee that made the stay perfect. The place is full so my advice is to make reservation in advance and ask for Noor he is the guy to handle. Thank you ,
