It was a very nice and luxurious stay at this hotel, specifically the Massage Service for my Husband, he enjoyed the very accomodating massage service from a Staff named Reggie. He's very good in different kind of massage, his expertise gives a good and relaxing experience to my husband. I also enjoyed the ambiance and the vibe of the hotel. ❤❤

The Hair Salon in the hotel is amazing! The staff are all experienced professionals, their hair specialist Ghalia is a very talented hair colorist and cuts. She knows her way around all types of hair and suggests the safest and best way to get the result I wanted.

went there for my company's meeting the Interior is very good & lavish. The lighting theme is cool. I had buffet for my lunch everything was great had a brilliant time there with my colleagues. The only drawback was the conference hall where we were seated due to low ceiling height the projector screen is not easily visible from back if you are average height person.

It was the worse experience ever I have ever had it in my life. The hotel Valet made an accident in my car. They brought the traffic police and made a report. As it it is a rental car, they have to declare their responsibilities to the accident to the car owner or at least to me. I am still using the car now and paying for the renal thought it is injured. The Valet manager practically along with the hotel manager keep delaying and throwing me left and right whenever I call or text them. My friend and I both are shocked how unhuman and the irresponsible attitude through the hotel management. I have all prove with me. I with my US friend that he came for a vacation was very shocked and had awful experience staying at this hotel. Such behavior from the hotel management, will surely affect the tourism in the country.

I went there for a lunch buffet. The hotel's exterior and interior is pulchritudinous. They offer valet parking. Throughout the hotel it was very clean and well organised. It was a delight to walk in and witness its lavish layout. The buffet consisted of starters, main and dessert as all buffets do. They offered various cuisines summed to Asian, Middle Eastern and Italian. The food and presentation were equally phenomenal. As for their service, it was splendid and everyone was very hospitable. Overall experience was of high-end and I very much recommend Narcissus Hotel for buffets. Thank you very much for your service and lovely buffet.
