Never again, nothing 5 star about this. Boudl is much better! What an absolute waste of money. I am so disappointed. The interior is awful- looks like one of those weird dreams you have if you fall asleep in the afternoon. No one answers the call at reception when you call- nor do they call back?! I won’t be staying again, it is simply not worth it. Dark, dingy interiors just exacerbates feelings of depression, the whole place is soo gloomy. No decent light for make up anywhere. I am still in shock at the price I paid and the service I received. Please save your money and go elsewhere!

The spa was the good part, Fatima was lovely to deal with, their services are good and fast. As a hotel, it is claustrophobic with minimal sunlight coming to the room, the rooms are too busy and it is the least nice looking hotel I ever stayed in.

Being a super luxurious, Narcissus has met my expectation as a 5-star hotel. Starting from location, luggage service and lobby, to the corridors and rooms, Narcissus will definitely let you have an unique experience. At the level of 5-star hotels, the price is reasonable (at least the price I paid - SR 2,068 for two days). For more, see video and photos attached.

Loved everything about this luxurious hotel. The food is good, service and facilities are great and the room was beautiful. I would recommend booking here. The location is also perfect, there are restaurants , coffee shops and shopping malls within a few yards. Good experience

The hotel is fancy and luxurious. Moreover, it is very clean and modern classic furniture for the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful specially the front desk Abdullah and Amal. However, I gave 3 stars due to the bad experience I had with room service, they didn’t provide the room with the complementary coffee and tea. Instead of that they charged us a 100 SR for a tea pot and 2 cups which was disappointing ?. Generally speaking, the hotel deserves a try for those whom likes classic luxury styles.
