Junior Suite is very spacious, bed very comfy, plenty of water in shower, very helpful staff, super fast Wifi and Smart TVs with Netflix. Apart from being a bit old, good value for the money. Really enjoying my stay here

Decent size room, wardrobe was broken from the top frame, looked as though it might fall with the slightest knock. Deco was a little out dates however bed size was great and also quite comfortable. Booked with two of us staying however bizarrely they only provide breakfast for one.

Ok so basically I was here for Ramadan iftar where I booked from Cobone app. Starting from the reception, the Indian manager or guy at the reception was TOO RUDE AND NOT COMPROMISING. from there I knew that something's wrong. He was taunting me even before I was leaving. Take an action against that guy please. Moving on, the food varieties were low and the staff was not refilling the trays. Vibes were too bad it seemed like a 2 star hotel. And there is no area for prayer?! Atleast keep sajjadah there for us to pray! They let me go around the entire hotel from 3rd floor to 1st searching for a mosque. Nope, zero services

Room 2017 (5 - 15 Feb 2023): Breakfast does not have variety, every day even food, poor quality. I complained about not having warm water, but no action was taken upon my departure from the hotel. really bad hpuskeeping. The location of my room was below the pool, and I was not able to sleep utill 23PM. The location of the hotel was fine. old furniture within the bedrooms.

Had a buffet breakfast here with colleagues. The place was really nice, with cool and unique decors and design. Though there was only few varieties of food but it was a good experience.
