It perfectly marries comfort and convenience, and is an ideal base whether you're in Riyadh for business or leisure.

Hyatt Regency Olaya has 257 plushly appointed guest rooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, panoramic city views, a modern bathroom, a workspace, and state-of-the-art amenities such as a UHD TV, a media hub, an iHome docking station, and touch-panel light and temperature controls. Club access room guests can also enter the exclusive Regency Club on the 26th floor.

I had to attend a 1 day conference at this hotel today. The last time I visited was 3 years ago and the hotel was ok. This time, the experience was totally different: 1. Upon arriving, both front desks were unmanned and no help in sight to know where I was supposed to go. No poster, no guest relations. 2. The room we were given was well-lit, chairs uncomfortable, carpet ragged and worn out 3. Coffee breaks were fine, coffee machines not working inside the room 4. Biggest disappointment was the buffet lunch on the ground floor: in terms of choices, quality, and presentation. We asked for sparkling water, they said they don’t have. The whole thing screamed 3 stars to me at best 5. Even a bigger disappointment was dinner. We were a large group - about 25 and we were all very disappointed. The chef and crew were novices. Clearly this was their first time frying calamari, making paella and preparing steamed rice. The barbecued ribs were mostly burned. We had to call the chef and share the feedback, he said that this is standard. We left and decided to go somewhere else to have a proper meal, although we had paid a hefty amount It is sad to see the hotel downgrade its standards that much. Clearly no quality hiring and lack of focus on guest experience. Not what I am used to from other Hyatt hotels. The hotel and its service does not deserve 5 stars and should be downgraded to reflect the standards currently offered

Wonderful welcoming with smiling faces. The kind of customer care and touch you would wish for at a hotel after a long working day. Amazing Saudi receptionist, I believe he was the duty manager Almutawa, was very helpful during my check-in process. I like to extend my special thanks to him and his great attitude of handling my check in process.

One of the best 5-star hotels in Riyadh especially if you are Hyatt world member. Great club that offers daily breakfast on the 21st floor with exceptional view for Riyadh city.

Great hotel. Good service and staff are friendly. It's close to atahali street and near the metro station (But I haven't opened it yet). I recommend it, and I will be back again.

Our stay was not enjoyable: wrong billing, misinformation, bad attitude towards customer experience & poor management. As guests we were accused more than once that we “don’t understand”, when the truth is that their staff give conflicting info. They made a mistake and didn’t even apologize and showed 0 professionalism in handling the situation, and only after constant follow-ups they fixed it. We were basically mistreated. Two stars for: good location + spacious suite with a great view at night. The restaurant (suhoor) is good for middle eastern dishes. Won’t stay here again.
