Very bad experience in ramadan fatoor open buffet, i booked for for 16 person but their eat is ONLY enough for 5 persons even the high price, Very very bad experience and it will not repeated. WORST AND LITTLE FOOD I HAVE SEEN

I reserved for 3 nights, and couldn’t stay longer than a few hours. Horrible customer service. No wifi. Loud noises. No sound proof doors. Cracks inside the rooms and wires coming out of the bathrooms. I asked for a refund and it’s been almost a month with me chasing them and not even getting my money yet. I would not recommend this hotel.

Probably the worst hotel experience I ever had. In five night the housekeeping cleaned my room 1 time. One of two lift was out of work. The breakfast was without a real coffee and sometime without water. Wi-Fi connection was just an hope. The AC in the room…fixed without any chance to adjust accordingly my needs..

Bad hotel, I had the worst experience during my stay, they never clean the room even when I put the sign to ask to clean, when I called the reception they told me you should pass by us and let us know before you leave! Also, last night at 12:30 am one of the workers opened the door on me while I’m in the room with new customers to show them the room!!! The hotel has bad smell, the elevator and parking lot are very dirty. The bathroom has opened shower so whenever you take a shower the bathroom will be a mess. Save your money and don’t think of going there.

Kitchen staffs are nice and accomodating. Room is good and clean. But just the water in the shower is not warm enough. But the female staff in reception does not know proper phone ethics. No greetings, just suddenly asked if gonna check out today, when my husband booked till the next day. I tried to clarify, but she just dropped the call. I let my husband clarified to them and then Ok, we moved on. But I tried calling again the reception to request for a towel, obviously that same lady receptionist was still on duty and intentionally did not want to take the call. I called five times! Until she picked up and she just said “Hi” then another guy spoke on his behalf and explained she didn’t understand me. It was not about misundersanding but it is about how rude she was cutting calls with guest she does not like to speak with. And yeah, she spoke clearly before she heard my voice. So it somehow shows me she only speaks to my husband and other male guests but not to ladies??!! I gave three stars here because of the kitchen staffs only!
