The hotel in general is beautiful and tidy.. The smell of the lobby and the corridors is beautiful and fragrant everywhere.. The sound insulation is very strong even though it is on King Fahd Street.. Its proximity to most places and easy access to it.. The disadvantage is the lack of attention and cleanliness. I mean, I noticed some dirty pillows The floor has some stains on it

WARNING.. If you want to come enjoy a hotel stay keep out of hadab. They will wake you up at 8am even if you have a do not disturb sign. Housekeeping is 0/10 If you're looking for a hot shower..well forget it cz the water will change in a moment from hot to freezing cold. 0/10 The room seats are stained!!! Nothing justifies their hotel prices

The rooms: a very small area, approximately 18 square meters, and the reception does not give room cards, so they come to open the room and walk away. Service: very poor. I booked a suite by phone before arriving. When I arrived, they said there was no reservation, and I took the small room. The location is good and there is parking underneath. As for the ratings of those who put 5 stars, they seem to be fake, because there really is a lot of stars for this hotel.

Only stayed for one night but every single person went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Mirnan, Yosef, Sarah, Raju (Naeem) and Iqbal. Gotta thank them personally and the hotel management that gives its employees the authority to be generous with clients Lovely views, great breakfast ? Parking is a bit inconvenient and rooms aren’t sound proof

Good morning, we have reservation nr.14903344642 from 03/27/24 to 04/02/24 in the name Casadei Cristian. A double room has been booked for my fiancée and me, we are not married and it seems that as per your instructions, we are not allowed to stay in the room together. Is the reservation still accepted? In this case I would like a confirmation email so as not to have problems upon arrival. Otherwise we ask to be able to cancel your reservation to look for a hotel that can accommodate us given that everything has already been paid for including flight and visa and given the imminent departure it is urgent that you notify us via email.
