This was one of the worst experiences in any hotel. Staff are rude and unresponsive. The hotel is very old and looks abandoned. Water is dirty as you see in the picture.

It’s a great place, actually it’s luxuriously antique if I may say so. My only suggestion is they need to step up the maintenance and branding. Staff are 10 out of 5 stars great service.

Unprofessional receptionist playing with tax on the invoices making it overpriced. Check your invoice before leaving the counter, later even the Manager will not respond to you. Its one team.

Very nice hotel with palace type architecture. Rooms are very spacious. Wi-Fi is very week. Biggest problem is no mobile signal through out inside the hotel.

It is considered one of the best distinctive and beautiful places. It is considered one of the best family places to spend quality time in the eastern region at reasonable prices and availability of services and privacy. They have pre-booking through Booking, but it is necessary to call and confirm your reservation before arrival. It also provides other services and makes it easy to identify the place through the hotel map for travelers through the airport as well. You can contact the reception team, and they are distinguished and interactive at any time. The employee will meet what you want, you just have to book and enjoy everything new and welcomed by them.
