Good location close to Masjid Haram. Hotel and lobby looks good. Had few issues with my room which required chasing up. It was more of an issue that I had to keep checking/asking when someone would come to fix as I waited. My single room was cramped and couldn't reach window without climbing over bed. The room window was closed yet sounded open. Not great when all I could hear were sirens and horning. Would request a room on another side. 3*

Beside the location and a lot of elevator of the hotel, i really wont recommend this hotel to other people. The restaurant is a big flop. The service in the restaurant is so slow and not clean, the menu is not varied, and i assume they serve a heated course (not a fresh meal). Whenever i want to eat, i have to clean the table myself. The room card sensor is problematic. I have to reset it EVERYTIME i want to open my room. The only thing i’m happy about this hotel is that the location is really easy to find, and i dont have to hike (like any other hotel)

The hotel is almost a relic. The service is top notch, and the location is also great. However, the rooms need to be updated. At around SR 600 per night, I expected more than I actually got. Overall, due to the locarion and the service, i would say that my experience was not bad, but when I go again, I won't be staying there again.

Even though I had a booking to have room after 12:00 pm the staff could not prepare the room until 03:40 pm and instead of 4 person they gave me room for 2 person. Which took me to wait some more time along with my family. There was a very young lady on tge reception who was trying to assist but the rest of the staff was having no EARS , no customer service and hospitality skills.

I say the hotel is ok and its location is reasonable We arrived at the time of Eftar . no one was at the reception, and I did not serve Transferring the bags from the taxi and my mother on wheelchair, I had transported the bags myself, the receptionist was eating and then he finished the procedures quickly,m after he gave me the initial impression of lack of professionalism. They refuse late check out so i paid half night and get out at 6 pm as I needed to sleep a little, and my mother needs to rest. After I went to the reception, I paid and things were good. We did rest as a maintenance in the room next door. After they disturbed good I called the reception and told them this is unacceptable. They stopped beating and disturbing us I slept for half an hour, got out, and finally had an experience that was not comfortable at all

Elaf Al Mashaer hotel is around 5 min walk to get to the Haram. Hotels offer free wi-fi, flat screen TVs, safes etc. The lounge is beautiful and the service is decent. The room was as expected and more than excellent.Nice view from the room. Parked at a nearby free parking lot. The hygiene level is good and the hotel is Neat and tidy.
