Near to Haram (850 m to the Haram gate) Small room, no cleaning or service until you require, Several room equipments are broken down, you need to make a claim for each one, Old hotel, needs to be renovated, Location on Ajyad street is plus as it's the best street near to Haram.

Room is not good ,carpet needs more clean and no room service. Bathroom is a disaster.

Rooms are OK....mattresses are a bit soft..carpets needs to be cleaned a bit more.... Location is approx. 1 km to Haram....which is a 10 to 15 min walk.

Very good hotel and very cooperative stuff and every one is so respectful , The place is close to the Kaaba which is something great We treated with an Egyptian guy called Mohammed Salah he is a respectable person, worthy of trust and respect, who always cares about the inmate’s affairs and does not delay in performing what is required of him But the rooms still narrow
