I stayed here for long time for work and Kawsar was doing excellent cleaning service for my room. Generally all staff are very friendly and helpful.

I have been visiting the Riyadh Palace Hotel since more then 10 years. During my recent stay I discovered the hotel and rooms underwent restorations resulting in a big improvement. The rooms on the 8th floor have free access to the club lounge with food and beverages. The people are very friendly and cooperative. The price / quality of the hotel is excellent. I sincerely recommend this hotel for your stay in the wonderful city of Riyadh.

The staff and service are great. I'll start with that as it needs to be said. Always helpful, polite and working to make your stay great. Thank you! However the hotel is a generous 3 star, not 5. It hasn't been remodeled since what looks like the 70s or 80s. Rooms are dated, and even there you get better or worse ones -luck of the draw. Breakfast is fine, but not great. Facilities are also dated (for example gym is functional, but old machines and feel). Overall, for a hotel in Saudi Arabia it's fine, but don't expect a 5-star hotel.
