A good hotel. Basics in place. Not the fanciest of rooms, but definitely ticks off everything that you need. Breakfast buffet is good, plenty of options though it becomes repetitive if you stay on an extended business trip. Quite a bit of traffic around the hotel - is something you need to keep in mind if you're having to travel a long way to your destination. Staff are generally very friendly, Rafik was very helpful with our luggages.

I must say this place is great for hosting events.. And, I am so grateful for the hospitality of all the staff ( CARLTON , AHMED , KATHIB ). From the first meeting with the manager to the end of the event, the level of support and direction from the staff was incredible. The food for the event was great,. I stayed here for a night and the experience was also great. The room was well cleaned and maintained very well. The breakfast was delightful with a wide range of options. I loved it! It was definitely worth staying here, and I look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend this hotel for events and stay.

One of the best locations to stay if you're in riyadh, the room I stayed in was beautiful in terms of luxury it's the best, in terms of thoughtfulness they have every comfort in place, the lighting inside the room is perfect. The breakfast is amazing with a large variety of food to choose from. Convention center is massive and perfect for any kind of event. You'll feel on top of the world. Carlton was very kind and respective.

Overall stay was excellent and superb. It was awesome stay. Very nice property and maintained excellent. Hospitality is to the core. Breakfast buffet is wide varieties and food is tasty. One small suggestion is inroom when we were staying for 2 days they not provide dental kit and they are not checking it at all. Reception (kathib) team are awesome and good in welcoming.. One of the bellboy Carlton was very nice and helping

The hotel is very nice, very clean. The room was good enough for one person. Dinner bed and breakfast rate: food was very good: chefs from Jordan and Egypt. Very, very good food. Location: Lots of Egyptians and Syrians around this area of Riyadh, which I like. I will come back.
