From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my entire stay, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hardworking cleaning crew at the Crown Plaza Hotel, with a special shoutout to Antony. Antony went above and beyond to make sure that my room was spotless and comfortable. His attention to detail was truly remarkable, and it was evident that he takes great pride in his work. Not only was my room impeccably clean, but Antony also made sure that all my requests were fulfilled promptly and with a smile. His professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional service truly stood out. I felt like a valued guest throughout my stay, thanks in large part to Antony's efforts.

Visited here for Ramadan Iftar, was very disappointing. I had a gift voucher and no reservation. Place was mostly empty. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food is a different story all together. Soups were average and nothing special. Main dishes were very hit and miss, for every good dish there was 2 or 3 that were bland and uninspired. There was an exceedingly large selection of badly made desserts. All were excessively sweet and unbalanced in taste. I would not recommend the restaurant here to anyone.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Minhal in Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The hotel’s location was also very convenient for exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious food served at the hotel’s restaurant. The dishes were expertly prepared and full of flavor. Additionally, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Riyadh.

A good hotel. Basics in place. Not the fanciest of rooms, but definitely ticks off everything that you need. Breakfast buffet is good, plenty of options though it becomes repetitive if you stay on an extended business trip. Quite a bit of traffic around the hotel - is something you need to keep in mind if you're having to travel a long way to your destination. Staff are generally very friendly, Rafik was very helpful with our luggages.

I must say this place is great for hosting events.. And, I am so grateful for the hospitality of all the staff ( CARLTON , AHMED , KATHIB ). From the first meeting with the manager to the end of the event, the level of support and direction from the staff was incredible. The food for the event was great,. I stayed here for a night and the experience was also great. The room was well cleaned and maintained very well. The breakfast was delightful with a wide range of options. I loved it! It was definitely worth staying here, and I look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend this hotel for events and stay.
