The hotel welcoming was nice and the person who checked me in was helpful. I arrived at around midnight so the hotel lobby was nearly empty. I didn’t find the room up to date, and the amenities felt a bit old or bad quality. The room needs some renovation and better quality amenities. The phone wasn’t working well when I tried to order food and it was cutting off. The employees though are good and welcoming and I found them to be very helpful and kind. The value for money is horrible. You would pay nearly $350 without a breakfast (Breakfast costs approximately $25-$30 per person). Being a Marriott member and have tried 10s of other Marriott hotels in the region, it shocks me that such a hotel is priced at this price point when it’s not even top tier (Luxury). Recommended for short stays or business travels. But I would go to another Marriott hotel next time.

Very bad customer service and staff ! staying in for Ramadan . They only carry Marriott name to spoil the reputation. for a fasting guest no entry for Iftar . This is in a place more than 40% food is wasted in ramadan. whats the point of iftar when you can’t serve the inhouse guest ???? don’t come here

I love staying in this hotel on my business trips. The rooms are spacious the service is excellent the staff are wonderful. Honestly, it has been my go to for the past few trips , i am not thinking of booking in a different hotel.

Horrible service and frauds. I can’t make it any better. When I arrived at 0700 nothing was ready even though I booked the suite from the day before. After insisting on a room, I got a temporary room to stay in after an hour. That was not a suite. It was a standard room. I waited for two hours to get my room, and finally went to my meeting. When I came back 2 hours later the suite I booked still wasn’t ready (a junior suite) and they offered me three “upgrades “: one smoking kind size, and two non smoking Queen size beds. The junior suite with a king size wasn’t ready. I accepted and asked for the key. The guy at front desk explained that he couldn’t give me a key since then the room key for the other room would be cancelled. He offered to send someone up with the keys 5 minutes later. They never did. When I called after an hour, again it would be 5 minutes . I waited another hour and then I checked out. Two days later they charged for the full amount of the suite I never got. After complaining with Marriott, they promised to refund the difference for the “standard room”. Obviously, they never did. I asked Amex to cancel. I would not recommend my worse enemy to stay here. I’m a Platinum Ambassador at Marriott and have never offered experienced such bad service.
