First time in my life had this experience. I came with my family but the security man not allowed me to come inside from the door as per the manger instruction without any reason or justification. Only word I heard from him not allowed ( ممنوع). I spoke to receptionist who allowed me. The restaurant amazing with friendly staff and delicious dishes.

This hotel is not a place to sleep! ! ! sleeping there is not allowed! ! ! I stayed in this hotel several times and the same results. The room door locking system is very noisy, if your neighbor leaves his door open for a minute the door will start beeping loudly like a "Siren" and will for sure wake up everyone in the corridor. A Family stayed in the room next to me and the family memebers are divided into two rooms opposite to each other however the whole night the family members keep knocking at each others door, kids shouting in the corridor, kids playing in the corridor in front of my door, ringing the bell of my room until morning 06:00!. Even their parents shout too loud without any consideration to other guest neighbors, it is like they rented the whole hotel! I was there for business and not leisure. For two weeks I did not sleep. The room service staff themselves shout at night when they knock at the guest doors. Please hotel management tell your guests that they can rent a room but they are not allowed to sleep.

stars for front office 5 stars for reservation 5 stars for housekeeping And 1 star for food&beverage!! Imagine that i ordered suffle choclate and took more than half an hour and after the long waiting they served me this plate ???? Which is not sufflee and not an acceptable presenation? sorry but terrible

Great tea and lounge service. However, they ruined my crispy French pastry by putting it into a microwave oven. I had not requested this! Then they said that was the last one.

A very beautiful hotel with aesthetic touch in its interior. They have great facilities in the spa, however, be aware that they don’t provide towels there (at least the ladies spa)! I came out of the pool wet asking for a towel then they surprised me that they give towels only for those who book for a massage or hair treatment. I had to dry myself using paper towels.
