Art View Hotel Al Riyadh

Good rooms, big and clean. The bathroom had a bit of a smell. The gym is well equipped and the breakfast was great.

Fantastic Hotel, the rooms are really spacious and well appointed. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a good choice of hot and cold foods. It was well situated for us to attend an event at the International Convention centre just over the road. It was also conveniently placed to get around Riyadh using Uber I would recommend the hotel and will stay there again next time I am back in Riyadh

This is probably my fourth or fifth stay at this hotel. I have witnessed how the quality of this hotel, which was very good the first time I stayed, has decreased with each stay. I don't know where they gets the stars Google review page, it probably sounds like a reflection of the sophisticated regional fraud on the stars here. In a more understandable sentence, probably their friends or friends give these stars to increase the hotel's score. Although the hotel is basically clean, the service is very bad. The only service offered by the hotel is two bottles of water per day and the poorest quality nescafe. Another point is that if you are coming from abroad and need to work and have a stable internet, you should forget about it. The night staff absolutely cannot speak a word of English Includin receptionist... you cannot even order food to your room and when you do, it does not come if you are lucky and if come yoi need to argue people to add in the bill on your room. As a result, this hotel you are staying in does not belong in Emerging Riyadh and I recommend you not to stay. This is my last stay in this hotel and it will never happen again.

Had our group buffet breakfast and booked ahead of time but surprisingly the staff told us that they are not aware of our group buffet. Some staffs are good but most are not friendly😳🤦🏼‍♀️. Foods are limited selection but we would appreciate our time being here if the staffs are nice

Rooms are nice and furniture not bad but unfortunately Staff are not well trained for hospitality, housekeeping are not very clean & also not friendly & not welling to help I asked for blankets and he just though it on the bed
