I stayed here for one week. The room was very nice and clean. Comfortable stay. But the service from the gym was not good. Was a man working in early hours. Rude and ruin the mood of enjoying pool. You also have to pay ekstra 100 riyal for the sauna use. Upon leaving the reception service was not good. The woman didn’t help for what I requested. Service they need to improve, but the hotel itself was a good stay and nice location.

Had theater kitchen dinner buffet at braira Al nakheel, The items are limited in quantity wise, the BBQ was good but limited in other items like one single white rice n lintel soup. Salad collection is good.. Service is good by the staff .. No Chinese items only pasta available.

I was there with my mom and daughter for the tex and mex night, the variations of meats are limited but they are well seasoned and tasty But there was No service at all! I helped my self to the forks and spoons! Om Ali was a masterpiece ? hats off to the chef ? And please solve the wasted food problem!

First time in my life had this experience. I came with my family but the security man not allowed me to come inside from the door as per the manger instruction without any reason or justification. Only word I heard from him not allowed ( ممنوع). I spoke to receptionist who allowed me. The restaurant amazing with friendly staff and delicious dishes.
