This is a convenient hotel. I used it for a business trip. Friendly staff with all necessary amenities for a short stay.

I am a loyal costumer to best Western and I have a loyal membership, and I have frequent visits to Riyadh where this hotel is my sanctuary. I booked thru Booking and I had an emergency issue that resulted in canceling the trip. Cancelation fees thru booking is 60% of the total value of the reservation. When I called the hotel to explain my situation and waive the fee the receptionist was helpless and admittedly said that he doesn't know what to do and that he can't waive the fees. I also asked to keep the fees as a credit in the hotel for my next visit which he refused. What is the value of my loyalty membership? Why I need it, if it doesn't help me in emergency situations? Hospitality is not limited to nice rooms and good breakfast. Keeping your loyal customers is key for your success. Good thing about Riyadh that has plenty of far better hotels who value loyal visitors. Never again,

Positioned halfway to the city from the airport. New, clean and run by a young but prepared and accommodating staff. This is a business hotel, far away from main landsposts, but probably close to the place you need to be for business, and, most importantly, straight line to the airport.
