Best Western Plus Fursan Hotel

The hotel Manger is so unprofessional he said he is not sure if past employees by best western are eligible to reserve in the hotel or not. Im still a guest!!! Also i was waiting In lobby for an hour to check in .

Slipped and hurt my toe and knee coming out of the open shower because there's water EVERYWHERE after you shower, because they clearly hired an idiot to design it. My plane is in 4 hours and I'm in pain and limping!! I had to put down several towels afterwards just to walk around the bathroom. Shower at your own health risk.

Really disappointed by the Hotel. It is right on a very busy road. So loud, it is impossible to sleep without earplugs. At the check-in process I asked for a quiet room. But it feels like the cars trucks and motorcycles drive right thru my room. Next, there was a used shaver in the shower. Means it is not that of promising clean place as they promote they are. The location is very bad. No Restaurant, no supermarket in walking distance. Overall: Never again. The doorman was very friendly and helpful. So was the waiter at the Restaurant. Food was ok.

I am a loyal costumer to best Western and I have a loyal membership, and I have frequent visits to Riyadh where this hotel is my sanctuary. I booked thru Booking and I had an emergency issue that resulted in canceling the trip. Cancelation fees thru booking is 60% of the total value of the reservation. When I called the hotel to explain my situation and waive the fee the receptionist was helpless and admittedly said that he doesn't know what to do and that he can't waive the fees. I also asked to keep the fees as a credit in the hotel for my next visit which he refused. What is the value of my loyalty membership? Why I need it, if it doesn't help me in emergency situations? Hospitality is not limited to nice rooms and good breakfast. Keeping your loyal customers is key for your success. Good thing about Riyadh that has plenty of far better hotels who value loyal visitors. Never again,
