I like the full size glass wall, the room temperature, the comfy beds and pillows, And a whole floor dedicated to the Mosque and the restaurant. But their Room service is the worst, first of all you have to call them for cleaning every single time, and when they come for cleaning, your store bought toothpaste, brush, mouth wash, face wash, body wash all disappear from the bathroom. And the tea bags they provide are crumbled and unpacked, the stick for tea is also unpacked. And you have to ask them for water and paper cups every single time. My parents said, we don't ask, if it's complimentary, it's up to them. And I had to remind them several times, we have booked for three adults. Yet they provided two towels, two water bottles and two cups.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. But No proper guidance given for the bus to Haram. From the Haram it's difficult to find a bus. Communication difficulty is getting a lot. If you visit Umrah, this may not be the best location. If you planned for vacation this is a good place.

The only problem with this hotel is that it is far from Haram and the bus service is very poor. They say that there is a bus leaving every half hour but it is not true. Plus the bus only drops you to and back from Kudai Parking, not to the Haram. It takes around two hours to reach the haram and even more while coming back.

It was a very good experience. Budgeted exprience but a bit far. Atleast 25minutes. Their reception staff is excellent but the person at the entrance who was distributing qahwa n dates was a bit rude. My 3 year old baby asked for qahwa and he said BAD SALAAH. I mean he was just a kid.the only problem I faced was they don't have a resturant or room service for food. Their hospitality is great and rooms were good. They can improve their lighting. Its a bit gloomy.

It’s a big hotel. But their service is not satisfied. I visited the hotel last week. But their rooms were not cleaned as I used to stay. There was a problem in the washroom. The bathroom flash was not perfect.
