The hotel was very nice and clean. I felt like the staff did a great job anticipating my needs as a customer. The butler for my room, Roshan, was terrific to talk to and he did a great job making sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I have Roshan as my butler if I stay at the Mandarin Oriental again.

Amazing and a wonderful experience at La brasserie - Chef Riyaz goes beyond; always personally sees to all our favorite delicacies. They really understand our children’s preferences and kids too really enjoyed variety of pizza, pasta, fries and desserts. Service team was superb too, great, attentive and making us feel at ease. Thanks to Abdillahi. What a fantastic dining experience! Kudos everyone!

Food is way overpriced. We booked a suite and understand the price for the hotel and location, but food prices are way off. Additionally I have a flight in the early morning and there were drums playing throughout the night. When I complained about the noise I was informed a wedding was taking place. How is it acceptable for loud music disturbing all your guests at 1:30AM without a time limit for whoever’s wedding was taking place. Absolutely unacceptable. I’m a mama Darin oriental fan and stayed in many of your properties around the world, but definitely never staying here again.

I am sitting since 20 minutes in the Al Faisaliah Lobby Lounge without been looked after or even approached by one of the ( 05) waiters or waitress. Sadly I do not feel any hospitality or 5* service in this place. It took me 5 minutes to type this message while sitting in the lobby and still remain invisible.
