The conceige service led by Mr Mautaz delivered our luggage with passion. The food was amazing, excellent variety and fresh. The juice selection was fresh. The pillows in the room were fluffy and clean. The room was neat and tidy at all times.

Excellent service, all exceeded our expectations. Extremely warm welcome from Mr Moutaz Kassim . Would recommend this property for all types of travllers. No better location with easiest access to Haram as well as the spacious prayer area.

The room was great, location was very convenient. Service staff was mostly very courteous. Ahmed Naeem who was working in the restaurant went above and beyond to provide excellent service. However, the man working the front desk wearing glasses, I did not get his name, was incredibly rude

the worst hotel i have ever ever seen !! never come back !! the furniture so old and the smell Late service. The only nice and special thing is the reception from the employee, Rola. She deserves a better place. We asked to meet the duty manager to make an upgrade for my reservation. The approach was humble and unprofessional from the duty manager Rashid. Likewise, I was surprised while I was checking in. I heard some guests getting hurt by the smell and the maintenance of the bathroom. A hotel with this name and this place does not. May the humble service intercede for you even when im in the room it is It is difficult to communicate with the reception. The phone is not answered. I had to go down more than once to confirm the services. Also, the room is not equipped with fruits or napkins.

Excellent location!! I had the pleasure of being served by Siraj during my recent stay at the hotel, and I must say, their service exceeded all expectations. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made every breakfast experience enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.
