Extremely bad meat

Had a late lunch today at Villa Palma. Ordered 2 Ribeye " Steak Frites" although there were no fries but rather dry baked wedges. The meat didn't look like a ribeye, tasteless, VERY VERY DRY and HARD although it was medium cooked!! There was no blood and was not tender but rather hard to chew!! Never had anything like this before. Normally a medium ribeye should be nicely cooked from the outside and medium from the inside. This one was beige on the outside. It is not acceptable that place like this charge premium prices however serve substandard food. It's really shameful. Finally, just wanted to add that no one asked us if we liked our food. I guess they are either over confident or were afraid to ask. I definately won't go again.

First time here, Reception was good although it took us a good 15 minutes to get our order in. We had to wait 30 minutes after we ordered to get our drinks (I had a coca-Cola). Service was ok. Food was fast food quality for a luxurious price. Quality of Pizza and pasta here are below some of the fast food chains here in Riyadh. I would NOT visit again for the reason mentioned above. It wasn’t a good experience by all means.
