hadn't been to TGIF in a while, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my recent visit. For appetizers, I ordered the Caesar salad, mozzarella sticks, and chicken wings. The Caesar salad was refreshing, and the mozzarella sticks were hot and had that perfect cheese pull. The wings were delicious, although they could have been a tad fresher.
Moving on to the main course, I tried the cowboy burger, New York steak, and chicken Buffalo tacos. The cowboy burger was good but a bit on the dry side. I wasn't a fan of the bread, and it lacked sauce, making it even drier. The bacon in the burger was also quite dry and didn't taste great. On the other hand, the mashed potatoes I ordered as a side were good.
The New York steak was alright, though it didn't become my favorite. However, I did enjoy the mashed potatoes that came with it. The real star of the meal was the Buffalo chicken tacos. The chicken pieces were wonderfully crunchy, and the tacos were generously filled with red cabbage slaw.
The staff at TGIF were truly amazing, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit, which added to the positive experience.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return. Good job, Fridays!
