Raoul’s is a famous American bistro that was established in SoHo in New York in 1975 and is known for "The Best Burger in America". Roul's Riyadh is located in the newly opened luxurious dining destination, Via Riyadh. The restaurant consists of beautiful outdoor seating that overlooks the plaza of Via Riyadh and indoor seating that is lavishly decorated in the classic French style with so many wall arts and pictures and it has an upper floor seating for groups and business dinners.

Their menu offers a wide selection of French delicacies such as their signature artichoke, goat cheese salad, snails, foie gras, and oysters. Their main course includes both American and French dishes like their tender and juicy steak, burger and grilled lobster. Located in the luxurious VIA Riyadh, it is a fine dining restaurant serving special dishes. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The ambiance was calm and relaxing. It is pricey same like other restaurants in the venue especially the oysters.

Elegant NY-style bistro serving great but expensive dishes. Setting/ambience: 7/10; weird decor makes it feel like a pop-up, and the tables are set up in a way that poorly utilized the space Service: 10/10; after being seated in a corner table with one of chairs pushing against a long curtain, we asked to be moved a more comfortable table and they moved us immediately Food: 9.5/10; the steak frites was phenomenal, evenly cooked steak, flavorful crispy fries and a perfectly balanced peppercorn sauce — burger and artichoke starter were very good as well, but will try other dishes next time Value: 7/10; price is around SAR 300 per person — reasonable compared to other restaurants in Riyadh, but still quite expensive for bistro food (let us all agree that this is not fine dining) I would come back specifically for the steak frites (best in Riyadh, I would say) and to try other dishes.
