Google review
First the food was not as expected especially with the price range, nor the taste or amount.
Second, we found a mosquito in my friend’s drink (Cola; picture attached). When we ask for the manager to attend to this matter he took it sarcastically saying this is normal and this is thing he can not control !
Like excuse me if you can not control the quality of food and beverage provided in a fine dining restaurant then what is your goal here?
He was very defensive and aggressive in his answer
He was not showing the decency of how should a manager listen to a customer complain and being attentive, he simply said “ take your picture and upload it to Google map review” what kind of manager is this ?
We said ok we will write an honest review about what happened, and if possible to have his name, his answer was “ no, I don’t want to give you my name. Who are you to ask about my name ?”
Above all aspect he should be respectful. This manager is rude by all means.
I don’t understand how a fine restaurant like Madeo allow for such attitude toward customers?!
He makes from something that’s could’ve easily managed by listening to our concern, apologize and be decent
But his attitude was aggrieved and disrespectful!
I’m looking for your explanation for such a behavior from someone supposed t be the manager. 👎🏼
