The head of the waiters took the order and forgot my wife’s plate which came more than 30 min after they served my plate. The situation was worsened when the guy added full chicken Alfredo charge for my 2 year old plain spaghetti plate. I told the guy that the service and treatment are unacceptable, he was just indifferent and couldn’t care less even when i mentioned that you are losing a regular customer. Horrible experience! This was a nice place that we used to go to but never again! It is obvious that the service is bad as less and less people can be seen every time we went!
