Description

Mama Ghanouj is a breakfast & lounge restaurant chain that has three different branches in Madina. Faysaliyyah's restaurant is located along Salam road in a two-story building. The family section is located on the first floor and is accessible through a separate entrance to the left of the restaurant. On the ground floor is the main room as well as the open kitchen and the juice bar.

You will find the dishes usually offered on the menus of Syrian / Shamy restaurants: falafel, hummus, and baba ghanouj. The restaurant is large with a room on the ground floor and another on the first floor for families who can consume their meals with more privacy. The decoration is quite pretty, full of warm colors and lights, and gives the restaurant a really warm feel. In addition to amazing food, the staff is also very welcoming and helpful.

This is my first personal experience in this restaurant I love local brands but I hate seeing such bad customer service and Despite the whole argument happened with me and the disrespect from the overconfident cashier, there Manager need at least Re-training on how to respect customers and how to solve there problems inside the store and don’t argue. It’s really (stupid behaviour) if you don’t know how to Make sure customers leaves your restaurant happy ?? Lesson learn; Don’t argue with customers at all , and Don’t think that customers don’t understand what is the difference between smiling and laughing. Don’t Don’t Don’t بالعربي مدير المطعم والكاشير اسلوبهم جدا سيء ، والرقم اللي عالفاتورة يصرفونك عالانستقرام ، وعاد شوف متى يردون عليك ،

Best place in Medina! Tasty food and beautiful environment. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Finally somebody speaks English here. Local restaurants should learn a lot from this place, this is what a service should look like :) highly recommend
