This is my first personal experience in this restaurant I love local brands but I hate seeing such bad customer service and Despite the whole argument happened with me and the disrespect from the overconfident cashier, there Manager need at least Re-training on how to respect customers and how to solve there problems inside the store and don’t argue.
It’s really (stupid behaviour) if you don’t know how to Make sure customers leaves your restaurant happy ??
Lesson learn;
Don’t argue with customers at all , and Don’t think that customers don’t understand what is the difference between smiling and laughing.

Best place in Medina! Tasty food and beautiful environment. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Finally somebody speaks English here. Local restaurants should learn a lot from this place, this is what a service should look like :) highly recommend
