Description

Macèo is an Italian restaurant located on the first floor of the Mattal building. Macéo serves a range of Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, and risotto; they also have a breakfast menu that is great. The place is amazing, with great bohemian decor and a roof terrace overlooking the beach. The staff is so kind and professional. Maceo is a great place to visit and enjoy food with an amazing view.

The food tastes good and the atmosphere is exceptional but I felt the service has changed. They have changed the quantity of few items or it was just a bad day.

Food was tasty, large portions But they serve the salads first, then after 5 min all the remaining order was served all at once Drinks are special The staff were friendly, but need to be more trained about the service The worst thing is the elevator, you need to wait for more than 10 min before you can get inside as it is always full of guests and there is wait at ground flour for your turn Overall experience was great

Restaurant with one of the best views of the ocean. Perfect service and atmosphere. Regarding the food: it was not up to expectations. In the lobster salad it was an odyssey to find it, there were only three little pieces. The worst thing is that the vegetables were not fresh . The carpaccio was also disappointing due to an incomprehensible error. Did you put a lemon sauce on it? The usual thing is that the diner adds the pepper, oil and lemon to his liking..... The cicilian seabass was perfect and the bread was the best. It didn't meet my expectations and I was disappointed.

Great atmosphere with a Breathtaking sea view. The menu is varied and the food is delicious. They just need to work on the service, it’s took me around 2 hours of waiting and ordering.
