It is a clean and beautiful cafe that is worth a visit for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It serves modern foods, with signature dishes including slider burgers and the Le Comptoir sandwich. It is distinguished by the quality of the place and its cleanliness. In addition, they have a fabulous selection of coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, and desserts.

This cafe is located on the ground floor of the hotel. Miss Manal (manager) is very professional in communication and coordination with the customers. Extremely disappointing experience. They check you in from corniche tower where the only reception is, but if your room is in the city tower, you'll have to walk ~ 4 minutes till the elevator that takes you to your room, no guidance, no signs, no bellman even was offering to serve. The walk includes a sliding escalator that is turned off so u have to walk up or down with your luggage (see photo) The room is too smelly especially when AC is open. Curtains controlled by a button, close them but they opened in the morning automatically and disturbed my sleep, happened in my colleague room as well. Same as lights, they opened automatically and woke me up ! NO HOT WATER in sink or shower unless you open all water fully hot and wait for it around 15- 20 minutes! Didn't try food except in breakfast and it was average, coffee was poor quality NEVER COMING BACK And I asked my travel agent to remove this hotel from our company list.

I will not post about the rooms or the services and facilities in this hotel as it is equal to or more than five stars... Here I will talk about the food and the buffet, whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner.. In fact, there is no description that might express the level of quality of food and the available options and ideas Daily dishes... I have visited many hotels around the world, most of them are five stars, but such a hotel in terms of service and food in particular is never compared... Starting with Chef Saad, the staff, jahed , Ibrahim, and most of the service staff in this hotel are ready to serve you at any time and for every request. .. Thank you so much

Amazing Brunch at the Venue. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – from the variety and everything we tasted was top tier. Kudos to the chef and the team. Absolutely the best brunch we had in awhile. Highly recommend! A special thank you to Mr. Abdessabour and his team for their hospitality!
