I am still booked into this Hotel, as I am working in Jeddah. Cheap is what you get
when it is booked by clients.
1. They don’t clean your rooms and if you ask they look at you and ask "you want it clean every day"?
2: Kitchen has nothing in it, so if you need to do anything please remember your foldable pots and pan.
3: No drinking water replaced everyday as they don't clean the rooms everyday.
4: Hot in the bathroom stop working, and the front desk barley speak english. When you ask them to fix the hot water they send you shower gel. Then you do then mime version of hot water not coming from my tap, just for him to tell you wait an hour as technician is not there.
5: Elevator is not safe, doors don't close properly.
6. Breakfast is a challenge, no toaster however bread is so crusty you don't need one, 3 items to choose from, I dare not ask what they are.
7. Gym is sufficient and clean as I don't thing anyone goes there so plus point.
If this Hotel want to get better customers than the once yelling and screaming at one another at 3 am, then they need to make changes NOW or close the doors.
