Description

Aromi is a genuine Italian restaurant and is open for indoor dining at the Five Star Waldorf Astoria Hotel. After many years of working in the hospitality industry, and gaining knowledge and experience, the two chef friends fulfilled a dream of opening a catering business and now a restaurant. With a combined 25 years of experience, Aromi Restaurant is proud to offer authentic Italian cuisine created with love for the culture, old family recipes, and combining comfort with creativity.

With vista views of the Red Sea and an Italian menu that has enticed critics for over 80 years all around the world, Aromi and Qasr Al Sharq form the perfect partnership to cater to even the most discerning of tastes.

The menu features classic Italian dishes such as Cioppino, Rigatoni Bolognese, and Beef Carpaccio. Upon your visit to Aromi, you will find our chefs doing what they love – creating in the kitchen.

Middle Eastern cuisine finds a royal home at Mataam Al Sharq where a renowned Lebanese Chef awaits to take you on a gastronomic journey of ancient tastes and bouquets of smells that have influenced and fulfilled the region for centuries. Enjoy their farm-to-table hot food items or meals to go.

The decor, the tables, the staff, the food, and the menu are amazing. In addition, they have a fabulous selection of coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, and desserts. It's a great place to wind down and relax in a comfortable atmosphere. They are located on Al Kurnaysh Rd, North, Jeddah.

It's been two days and yet un finished review of this magnifying best class hotel. Am on business having training classes in Qasr al sharq, yet undiscovered the whole hotel. But I can say it's a wonder, Luxurious experience. The designer was generously crafting every detail. They have buffed pleasant & professional staff. Hopefully I could have the time and $$ to try their actual rooms. honestly it's a must try experience.

I visited the spa for a massage. The place is really beautiful, the facilities are clean and tidy. Staff is particular attentive at the details. The therapist warmly welcomed me and walked me to the changing room explaining me what I had to do. The massage was really good and the price was honest. She satisfied all my requests. After the massage she served me a tea in a stunning sea view table. I loved the UV lamps with hair brushes inside, in order to keep them sanitized. Small advise : would be great to place deodorant and facial cleanser in the changing rooms/showers I will definitely come back every time I will be in Jeddah

Rectification after hotel manager contacted me and offered to try and solve this: While trying to enjoy a relaxing stay in the swimming pool after my pedicure a very long yoga class took place. It annoyed me to listen to their constant ongoing instructions. However I minded my own business. Now a member of that yoga class approached my 75 year old mom (also waiting for her nails to dry after pedicure while drinking her tea) and very rudely told her to shut up. We were disturbing her yoga session. The present staff can tell you we were not shouting. We are soft spoken dignified people. To be spoken to in such a disgusting tone of voice shows ill manner and nothing is done to protect your hotel guests so they feel they are in a safe space. Because it is not a safe environment in the women’s swimming pool / spa area I lodged a complaint. This complaint was then taken seriously. I hope it helps future guests to experience all of the hotel in a positive way.
