Le comptoir is such a great place for lunch ! The environment, the staff, the food is quite exquisite. Please find vejay and Nayeem, the best you can ever find ! They sure will assist you will all the needs and cravings ! Please visit the venue Jeddah, le comptoir is my second home.

Great location on the Corniche. Staff are super friendly from the reception to the restaurant, especially Sensations restaurant shout out to head chef Saad, chef Mohamed, hostess Ms Heaven soo friendly and sweet and the food is always amazing. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Jeddah.

I was trying to book the dinner buffet for 4 to celebrate the birthday of my friend tonight (07 May 2023). I called the restaurant serving the buffet and requested him if I could get a cake in advance and requested him to keep it until we walk in for dinner In response, the hotel staff said (his name is Ahmed)- "If you will bring the cake from outside, we will charge you for the cake. I don't care if you will cancel the booking but you have to pay for the cake"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and he disconnected abruptly. An excellent way to respond... Keep up the good work. A lovely way to respond to your clients. Yes, indeed I will cancel the booking. Thank you

We finished today a big event in dunyati ballroom. I can truly say that the service here and the professionalism is very high. Our banquet supervisor Mr. Wasem has been very helpful and helped us with last minute changes and requests. I highly recommend this hotel.
