My stay was awesome and the service also very good and Ibrahim from house the keeping department he's a supervisor of house keeping he was very polite and helpful he came to our room and give us extra water bottles extra dental kits for me and my room mate without even asking for it. I liked he's service he's a very nice and positive person. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

I had the bestest experience ever in this hotel, the architecture & services provided were all Royal. Specifically "Ibrahim" The housekeeping supervisor was excellently professional and kind to me and my colleagues. He helped us with the abayas , water bottles, toiletries without asking for it. Didn't feel like we are out of our house. He actually took care of all of us very well. Thank you so much Ibrahim.

Had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. The place was spotless and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfortable atmosphere. What stood out was the efficient service and the little extras that made my visit more enjoyable. The stay was very comfortable. Shout out to Mr. Ebrahim, Housekeeping Supervisor who mended the only 1 thing in the room which needed to be replaced leading to guest delight. :-)
