It's not exactly a 5 star hotel like they advertise. Rooms are not clean. AC and fans are loud. The light in the room and the bathroom blinks, not steady. The front desk staff was very jolly and polite though. Room service was average. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Had to ask for basic amenities again and again on call. Will not stay there again.

The hotel looks amazing from the outside and inside. The stuff of the hotel is very hospitable and friendly. This is the best hotel you can find with this quality and this price. I advise everyone who wants to stay here not to think and book immediately.

I was happy that I went to buffet I had a good time there. As the guy at the reception when I checked in at 0345 on 14-03-23 was pretty rude , like snapping figures at me while talking and had a callous nature . I was pretty upset and sad but morning when I went to buffet the staff Dina Mulla was the most friendliest and caring person i have ever seen. Her smile itself invites you inside . Thank you for making me happy Dina . Hope to see you again.

I had an amazing business stay at this hotel! The food offered was absolutely delicious and I'd like to give a special thanks to the chefs for their efforts . But more than that, I'd like to thank Ms. Dania (hostess of the restaurant)for the incredible service she provided. She was very kind and caring with everyone in the hotel, and her hospitality was really outstanding. Thank you so much Ms. Dania, for your kindness and welcoming.

Stayed at the hotel for one night as I had to catch a flight out of Jeddah the following day. Our stay at the hotel was excellent all around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was awesome. When am next in Saudi Arabia will be definitely booking this hotel for longer.
