I had great experience here . Specially with the staff . Mr . Ibrahim the supervisor of house keeping is very good at customer service. He knows well how to enhance the customer experience. They took care of everything possible . Keep it up your good work

We had a graduation event at the Hotel. I want to say that the team members seem so happy and excited to help us and assist us. We also had a dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and the food was great. At the end they didn’t let us pay anything and it was a kind invitation from the hotel. What can i say more? The team dealt with us as a family. I’d love to return back again.

My stay was awesome and the service also very good and Ibrahim from house the keeping department he's a supervisor of house keeping he was very polite and helpful he came to our room and give us extra water bottles extra dental kits for me and my room mate without even asking for it. I liked he's service he's a very nice and positive person. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

I had the bestest experience ever in this hotel, the architecture & services provided were all Royal. Specifically "Ibrahim" The housekeeping supervisor was excellently professional and kind to me and my colleagues. He helped us with the abayas , water bottles, toiletries without asking for it. Didn't feel like we are out of our house. He actually took care of all of us very well. Thank you so much Ibrahim.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The room was immaculate, and every amenity one could wish for. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, catering to my every need with a smile.
