We had iftar at the olive tree restaurant. The food was very well presented in a nice buffet area. There was a Turkish lady prepared for us fresh gozleme. The service polite and attentive. There’s an open area where we found fresh made burgers and Shawerma.

By far the best Marriott hotel I’ve stayed in. Friendly and welcoming staff from the reception to housekeeping. I’m impressed of how well they are trained. The room is top-notch, clean, wide and spacious. It features a bathtub, king bed complete with everything you could ever need in a hotel room plus it has a view of the city. Toiletries and coffee and tea were refilled without asking to my surprise. That’s what I call above-and-beyond service. Amenities such as pool, spa and gym are available. A night wouldn’t be enough to stay here. It is a 5-star hotel for a reason and it would definitely complement the memorable experience one would have in Jeddah. Thank you!

The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms featuring both bathtubs and showers. The service is exceptional, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the food is delicious. The hotel's location is central, making it convenient for accessing various attractions. It's a newly furnished hotel with well-equipped facilities, including a gym and pool, all of which were excellent.

Very nice hotel, well maintained. Staff were extremely friendly! Breakfast selection could be improved, but we were invited to their corporate dinner event which was nice.

My hotel stay here was outstanding. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I love bathroom, especially the waterfall showerhead. The knock I might have with this hotel is the view. This probably due to the location, but our view was mainly the highway. The breakfast was also superb.

Jeddah Marriott Hotel Madinah Road has a softening opening five months ago. The hotel is based on two towers North and south towers. The South tower is only operational and the North tower is under maintenance. The reception is on the Mizaneen floor and the entrance of the hotel is only from mizaneen floor the ground floor entrance is closed. They have on lounge named M club lounge which is located on the mizaneen floor and still under maintenance and will take more than two months for completion and it will be only accessible for the Marriot Conway members. The Health and Spa is on the 1st floor and the hotel has only one outdoor swimming pool for males. The hotel has 1 refined restaurant named Olive Tree and a cafe on the mizaneen floor and an outdoor terrace named Olive tree Terrace which serves drinks, sandwiches, and Shisha.
