Rooms are quite good, clean and quiet. Hotel is closed to the airport, around 25 km. Staff is helpful and friendly. Location is near the construction zone but back street was active. Prices are compatible and acceptable.

This property is located in a quiet place, not too far off Riyadh airport, and equipped with all the modern amenities. Ample space for parking makes it rather convenient as well. Everything looked in place for a budget business hotel. However, breakfast offerings could be improved a bit better. I can recommend for people on business trip as I took the same for myself.

Easy approach from the airport. Clean and spacious room. Services are great. Staff is very cooperative. They need to work on Sofa beds though - the only downside of this hotel if we be honest
