Very luxurious , only that it's not quite place you can hear the traffic.

Hotel is great in all aspects, except swimming pool has too much chlorine my kids couldn’t swim from strong smell . Improvement in this matter would make a great difference in our stay

I would give it a 5 star but the hotel is on a busy freeway like street maybe not honking but sound of cars and trucks just zooming can be heard. Everyone working there is friendly but there is slight treatment of unprofessional workers from being stingy with giving me a towel to use at the pool area or reminding me that my kids should behave without them doing anything at the front desk or the breakfast buffet not offering regular drinking water r things I wasn't expecting for such a pretty hotel

The hotel is fantastic, but there is an issue with the soundproofing in the rooms. We can hear conversations next door. The ring bell always fools us. We assumed the door ring sound was for us, but it turned out to be for the room next door.

Really good looking hotel. Rooms are nice. Beds and pillows are really hard and uncomfortable. I struggle to be able to sleep and wake up aching. I can't get my room cleaned or fresh towels. Service is dreadful. Breakfast is so bad I've given up on it. 4 people struggled to give me bread and scrambled eggs. I spoke with the restaurant manager and explained that we would be taking 15 rooms with my colleagues, and we are paying for breakfast and we want to be able to eat. I expressly asked to get my room cleaned and refreshed today at reception. I returned to my room after work and it hadn't been cleaned. Now I have a room filled with smoke which is horrible. I'm a non smoker and hate smoke. It seems impossible to get the things most hotels provide as basic service. Avoid this hotel.
