Absolutely 0 maintenance. Pictures speak for themselves. Go at your own risk. The only good thing is dinner through room service which is tasty and very reasonably priced.

The staff and team are first class, friendly and helpful. May be it was just our room but while the hotel is only 4 years old it has very poor maintenance and for certain the room we stayed in was in poor condition. The light next to the bed was not working, the bathroom door was in poor condition and the wall paper appears to have come off the wall and was suck back with streaks of glue showing. A real shame as a tourist to Riyadh this does not give a good impression.

Hotel is mostly as 3 star hotel, we stayed 4 days in the hotel Advantage: 1. Room are clean and quiet 2. Hotel is clean and quiet Dis advantage: 1. Breakfast mostly limited to few items and not included coffee, milk mostly finished, items seems that it filled one time only. Service is low. 2. Room has only one towel, I ask three time for three days for extra and did not get it. 3. Reception does not take care of customer request.
