- Had problems with hot water in my room, every time towels only for one person (there are two of us), cleaners not doing their job good. + Friendly personal, quick response, good solving problems

Good hotel but they should have two staff member for front office also little renovation is required in the corridor areas.

Overall rooms are nice but build like a maze and not space optimized. Room service is average and so is house keeping. Food is okayish and you will get bored after 2-3 days. There's a small swimming pool and a basic gym as well. Overall, it must have been a hot destination once but now it's struggling to keep up with the time.

Dirty mugs Key did not work, had to make a trip to reception three times during my stay Neither phone worked Parking in garage is a challenge even if parking is empty. Due to the design of parking. Door is almost jammed TV has very limited channel options Breakfast is very good for the price.
