Radisson Blu Hotel Dhahran

Rooms are good. Service I'm really not sure if anywhere in the world room service is at 5pm. For a hotel that is located in an empty city like this, at least get your wifi upgraded. Also, having SmartTVs with no internet connection is like having an old Panasonic TV. Not everyone understands arabic to watch Arabic content. Funniest thing was that my remote controller was stripped of the "SmartHub" button, and it was the only button that would allow you access to Netflix or YouTube. For a radisson hotel, this is shameful. The 2-stars are for the rooms. Well maintained, but you need to be empty inside and have low standards to enjoy your trip here.

Great staff but the hotel isn’t equipped fully when it comes to their cleaning services. They haven’t changed my bed sheets for a week & the room never smelled clean due to the shortage in cleaning supplies.

My last 5 or 6 hotel stays has been within the Radisson group, but this was one my worst stays with Radisson. I arrived after midnight, and no one was at the front reception desk. Once the receptionist eventually came, he checked me into a room on the 3rd floor. Upon entry, there were roaches and bugs in the bathroom and also in the bedroom near the bed. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was not working, so I went back to the reception and showed him a video of the roach. He said that the 3rd floor is known to have an infestation problem with roaches and bugs, and that many people have complained about this, but nothing has been done about it, and they are still checking guests into rooms on the 3rd floor. I asked him why the hotel was still checking guests into the 3rd floor if there is a problem like this. I was shocked and wanted to leave to a different Radisson nearby, or to a different company, but since my booking was made online and through the phone, I was refused the cancellation refund, and it was hard to find other hotels in the area at this time. He apologized, moved me to a different room and said management would resolve the issue in the morning. I checked back in the morning, but management would not come and discuss the issue. I was told to check back another time, and was told that the entire 3rd floor was closed due to the infestation of roaches and bugs. I tried to speak to management again in the afternoon, but was refused, and told by another receptionist that there is no issue with the 3rd floor and that guests are still checked in and staying there. I was forced to stay for another night, since nothing could be done about the booking process, and they wouldn't move me to a nearby branch hotel within Radisson network. I checked back again the next morning, and still no follow up from management, and was told different information again from reception. Later on that day, I checked out, and requested management again, only to be told that they are not available and that there is no issue. Also, there was no view from the window, except a wall. The furniture was old and some was not in a good condition Stained rugs and carpet limited breakfast selection No follow-up or support from management Not a good experience at all I have since stayed with a different hotel chain

Rooms are ok not bad. But door is very hard to open, i faced issue with access card. It was not working properly. But staff are very nice. They r good. Breakfast is not good. Daily same menu only one item they use to change. They have limited items in breakfast. I eat only breakfast here. I am not happy with breakfast. Other issue was access card. Friendly staff. Rest all good.

insects are everywhere in room. Even I reported this twice and nothing happened. Some broken stuff around the room like the bed lights. Very poor cleaning and service. This should not be 4 stars hotel.
