Radisson Blu Hotel Dhahran

Excellent service and the staff are very well courteous, they are take caring us as much as well.

I stayed here for 12 nights in April 2022. An Arabic-style Radisson Blu, however several things can be better: 1. Maintenance is not good (for example my room’s door could be opened without access card (they fixed it twice but always temporarily), the safe’s lock wasn’t working when I first came in etc.). 2. Food quality is average. Breakfast buffet has relatively limited options (alternating every other day) while they close it too early (9:00am). 3. I couldn’t use the pool in Ramadan 5:00-7:30pm as Iftar was served there, plus there was no place to seat and the water was unnecessarily cold (also there is no other pool, contrary to the hotel description above). 4. View in either side of the hotel (front & back) isn’t anything special. 5. Basement parking is poorly designed, with columns scattered all over the place. 6. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel despite most of the staff being friendly. I had a different idea about Radisson Blu until now.

I stayed in the Radisson Hotel in Jeddah. I attended several events at the Radisson Hotel in Riyadh. The one in Dhahran is no where near any of the other ones. I stayed in a suite in Dhahran but the bedroom wasn't as spacious as the standard room I stayed in Jeddah. The furniture in the living room in the suite was old. The breakfast was fine and staff were quite nice. Generally, I wouldn't stay there again. I don't think it was value for the money I paid.

One of the worst hotels in Khobar, the furniture is very old , bed is making noise sounds and sheets are old , the toilet is not working properly ( after 3 tims I complain they changed my room) , the mini fridge is just for show not working in all rooms. There is no privacy between rooms literally you can hear EVERYTHING in the next room it's so embarrassing. I don't recommend anyone to book in here even if the price is very low.
