OYO 330 Reefaf Alhayat Hotel

I lived in the hotel a year ago and it was excellent in all aspects. Unfortunately, I returned to live there. The cleanliness is bad. The staff service is bad. They don’t respond.

Google, you should give option to rate" 0" They Don't accept any online booking, Reception person refused to check in and asked to cancel it, and get refund by talking to custom care. The rooms lights were not working, Bathroom was Disgusting. Bedsheets ,pillows , blankets are not Clean. Overall Very Very dirty. Recent I went with my family, old age mother was with me, which was very bad Experience. No kitchen service was there. But in Google it has. Oyo's Employe, who had the worst behavior. I think he don't know how to talk with Clients. He roaming here and there. He looking like a worst Caretaker. Don't book this #OYO""TOWNHOUSE330 DLF PHASE-2".....

Very bad condition of rooms . Very dirty. If you booked this hotel & you're coming only at night . The manager gives your room on an hourly basis to other people without your knowledge. This happened to me. When I came at night I found my room very dirty & the bed is also not in a good shape. So pls see the condition of the rooms first . Don't book online.

0 stars. (Google should give option to rate 0) 1. They don't accept any online booking. OYO or MMT, they refused check-in and asked to cancel it and get refund by talking to customer care. They asked to pay more or leave. 2. The rooms were sub par. Nothing like shown in pictures. Lights were not working. Water logged in wash basin. Sheets were dirty. Overall room is disgusting. 3. Hotel employees behaviour was the worst. Despite paying 1200 per night (on OYO it's 850), I had to hear, this is what u get in 1200, don't ask for more. They don't give any respect. They didn't give any receipt. 4. This looks like a hookup place. People rent rooms on an hourly basis. When I asked for a different room, they said, wait two hours, we will give you their room. So I was disgusted to even sit in bed. I just left within half a day. So in short - hotel rooms and staff are disgusting. Don't stay here. Read one star reviews before booking. They are genuine. I'm surprised how it has 3.7 rating.

Rooms are dirty, tv not working, pillow and blanket are smelling, no soap, towel is provided,staff service is very rude I asked them for water 5-6 times but no-one bring water at last I went to the kitchen and drink water. I booked this hotel by OYO at 699 rs ,when I reached there to check in, the staff denied to check in for my existing booking, they ask me to pay 1000 rs offline if I want room. Don't book this hotel by any third party apps, they clearly denied to check in.
