This hotel is quite close to Al Harm, about 500 meters to the courtyard of the mosque. Access is quite easy, L Meridian can be a benchmark. If there are Umrah or Hajj pilgrims who get lost, just mention the L meridian, then this hotel is exactly behind. The incline is quite steep to the hotel, from the highway (about 50 meters up), but a free shuttle is provided, from the highway, to the front of the hotel. And a lot of patience needs to be prepared, because besides the queue for food which is always busy like the queue for groceries at meal times, the menu is also not appetizing and the portions are very limited, you can only take 1 side dish.

There is not any respect for guests. We was 4 persons and used only one key from our room. And when you ask new key the staff don't give it. The woman which was in 8.01.23 in reseption she is not kindly with guests

The service is lacking, especially the Cleaning Service, because the room is not cleaned every day, instead you have to wait for check out to be cleaned

So far so good..only walking from masjid to here hotel need extra energy ?? but dont worry there is a car to pickup u .. Succes for u
