The worst mattress ever, I couldn't sleep well and end up with back pain. The location is far away from the centre but next to the airport. The staff were nice but couldn't do anything with the mattress, they apologised to me and showed me empathy. But the pain gained from the mattress is nightmare.

It is not a 5 stars hotel. The WiFi is no working, the building is old so are all the furniture in the room. I stayed there several time (for work), more then once my room was not properly clean. The check in process is extremely slow. The staff is nice and helpful, but can not compensate for such a disaster.

I stayed there as a crew. There is nothing in the crew lounge only bad coffee and tea. Breakfast is like 3 star hotel. There is no even majhool and good quality coffee. Last but not least, the hotel did not make me wake up call, which they have to do.
