Nice high end design and facility, but management and staff are not qualified for such a facility. Everyone needs major training to be at par with the facility they are operating. Their policies around breakfast (does not include water for a $500 a night hotel) to room service (I had to request for my room to be serviced) is just absurd. I hope the management and staff can undergo good training.

In General: The place is cozy but the coffee is below average, the scones were dry but the taste was not bad. Comfortable ambiance and nice decor. There is quiet and relaxing music and friendly staff. They take our suggestions into their consideration ~~~~ ? ~~~~ My order: ~ Black coffee ~ Coffee Latte ~ London's scones ~~~~ ? ~~~~ ? Late in service ?$$ ? 7/10 ~~~~ ? ~~~~

Everything! It was amazing the details was byond my expectations ! They care about every single thing to make your stay comfortable and luxurious They received use with cold towels and welcome drink , then at our room there was complimentary brunch like pieces of bread and cheese and dry meat , and plate of dessert include macron and chocolate and fruits , and tow big bottles of still and sparkling water , Everything on the room have a pleasant smell they provide you with pillow spry with soft lavender smell , the shower set was great and high quality product's. The service and the staff all top notches and they do there max to service you and meet your expectations. We didnt have the chance to vist the restaurant unfortunately. Thank you Mansard hotel for the great memories.
