Introduction to King Abdullah Financial District, KAFD
King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a world-class financial hub that was named after King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, who ruled Saudi Arabia from 2005 to 2015. The project was launched in 2006 with the aim of creating a modern and sustainable financial center that will fulfill the requirements of the expansion of Riyadh while also massively boosting its economy.
The project was acquired by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and continues to be at the center stage of Vision 2030. The district offers residents and visitors a high standard of living with its modern buildings, green spaces, and a variety of world class amenities and services, including shopping centers, restaurants, parks, sports facilities, and schools.
