InterContinental Al Khobar

It was my first time in Saudi Arabia and also my first time staying at the Intercontinental! I most definitely recommend this hotel, the staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms are great, so spacious with all facilities available. Salah made us feel welcome and attended our every need! Thank you, you made us feel welcome and would definitely return

I really enjoyed my time here! Was a great stay and loved the variation in food. All members of staff were welcoming especially Hassan! I would certainly stay again. I was impressed with the quality of the food and how nice it tasted all round.A very high quality hotel which is worth the price!

This is the best, most customer friendly hotel in the area. Highly recommended by me. The restaurant is a gem with regular buffet theme nights. I have tried the Asian and the Seafood events - just delicious! Breakfast is also very high quality with an accommodating manager and chef who make all efforts to ensure you are happy.

Delicious food across a wide range of cuisine. Exceptional service. Ahmed - restaurant supervisor- went out of his way to pay individualized attention. He was attentive to all tables and ensured they were having a good time! Nice ambience in the restaurant. Will do it again! keep up the great work!

The worst experience in a hotel in my life. I stayed 3 nights in the hotel and faced many problems, including, there is no slipper for the bathroom, and the room was very cold and there was no hot air conditioning. When I was asked to repair the air conditioner, I was asked to turn on the air conditioner for 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was turned on for 15 minutes. 15 minutes cold and the room is also cold! The room was changed to another room, but I encountered other problems, such as some electrical outlets that did not work! Also, the phone does not work, so I had to go down to the reception, and the room was changed to a larger room after 5 hours of my stay. On the second and third day, I faced other problems, such as there was no tea spoon. When I asked for the spoon after 30 minutes, they brought it after several calls. And a problem such as the water is very cold on the third day, and when I called them, they told me that it was a general problem, and after 3 hours I called them to see if the water had been fixed or not. to go down to them. Finally, they told me that you will be compensated and we will have the manager call you. Unfortunately, no one called me ،yet
